The general conditions of sales described hereafter, consultable on the Internet site of the Company at the following address: naturalisflores.com detail the rights and obligations of the company and its customers within the framework of the distribution of its products according to the following methods:

Within the framework of a store on line on the naturalisflores.com site allowing to make retail sale of objects or products of body hygiene. Any service accomplished by the NATURALIS FLORES company implies the adhesion without reserve of the purchaser to the present general conditions of sale.

Article 2 – Presentation of the products:

The characteristics of the products offered to the sale are presented in the heading “The store” of our site. The photographs do not enter the contractual field. The responsibility of the company NATURALIS FLORES cannot be committed if errors were introduced there. All the texts and images presented on the site of the company NATURALIS FLORES are reserved, for the whole world, under the copyright and intellectual property; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.

The services of box by subscription and retail sales are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in case of voluntary interruption to ensure the maintenance of the site or in case of force majeure such as war, riots, insurrection, social unrest, strikes of any kind, etc.

Article 3 – Duration of validity of the offers of sale:

The products are offered for sale while stocks last. In the event of order of a product become unavailable, the customer will be informed of this unavailability, as soon as possible, by electronic mail or telephone.

Article 4 – Price of the products:

The heading “The store” of our site indicates the prices in euros all inclusive of tax, excluding shipping costs for the store. Article 5 – Order:

The customer validates his order when he activates the link “Order” at the bottom of the page “Validation of the order” after having accepted the present conditions of sale. Before this validation, it is systematically proposed to the customer to check each element of his order; he can thus correct his possible errors. NATURALIS FLORES confirms the order by e-mail; this information includes all the elements of the order. The rights of retractation are specified in the Article 7. The data recorded by the company NATURALIS FLORES constitutes the proof of the nature, the contents and the date of the order. The order is archived by NATURALIS FLORES under the conditions and within the legal deadlines; the customer can access this archiving by contacting the Customer Relations department.

Article 6 – Terms of payment:

All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Euros. The payment of the orders is carried out by bank card at the time of the order.

Article 7 – Time of withdrawal:

The Buyer has a period of fourteen clear days, from the receipt of the products, to exercise his right of withdrawal by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address of the headquarters, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except, where appropriate, the cost of return. If the fourteen-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company refunds the Buyer of the totality of the paid sums, as soon as possible and at the latest in the fourteen days following the date on which this right was exercised. The product must be returned unopened if it has been received beforehand.

Article 8 – Delivery:

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process by the Customer, within the time indicated on the order validation page. In case of delay in shipping, an email will be sent to the Customer to inform him of a possible consequence on the delivery time indicated on the site. If the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order is erroneous, NATURALIS FLORES cannot be held responsible for the non-reception of the parcel by the Customer. In all cases, if the parcel is returned to the sender, a second delivery will be made at the expense of the Customer. If the package is returned to the sender again, it will not be returned to the Customer and the amount corresponding to this order, including any additional delivery fees, will remain with NATURALIS FLORES SAS. The transfer of the risks takes place with the delivery. Please note that we do not deliver to French overseas departments and territories.

Article 9 – Return :

The customer has 7 days to make a request by e-mail in case of damaged or missing products at the following address: contact@naturalisflores.com.

The returns are to be carried out in their state of origin and complete (packing, accessories, note) within 14 days to NATURALIS FLORES – 5, clos Pié d’Autry 13190 ALLAUCH. NATURALIS FLORES commits itself to send back to the Customer, in case of reality of the damage, the same product or an equivalent product according to the available stock. The Customer will not be able to ask any other compensation. In case of non-respect of the delay, or of the conditions of packaging, the return is considered as cancelled and the Customer will have to keep the product.

Article 10 – Responsibility:

All the information present on the naturalisflores.com site relating to the whole of the products put on sale on the site come from the manufacturers, producers and suppliers. The NATURALIS FLORES company could not be held for person in charge of the consequences which can result from the knowledge or the use of this information. NATURALIS FLORES cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from the misuse of the purchased product. Finally, NATURALIS FLORES cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the Internet, such as a break in service, an external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.

Article 11 – Applicable law in case of disputes

The present conditions of sale are subjected to the French law.

Article 12 – Deactivation of the customer account:

The company NATURALIS FLORES reserves the right to deactivate the customer account in the event of non-observance of the present GCS: false information with the creation of the account, incidents of payment.
